Robert L. Owen Collection, 1913-1946

Carl Albert Congressional Research and Studies Center

Robert L. Owen was a United States Senator from Oklahoma from 1907 until 1925. Owen was a drafter of the Federal Reserve Act and the Farm Loan Act. This collection contains general correspondence relating to the Federal Reserve Act, various government documents, legislative records and collected speeches. Additionally, this collection contains publications and clippings surrounding Owen's work to create a global alphabet.
