ABSTRACT:

In October 2003, the real Tech Pulse Index grew at an annual rate of 44.7% while the nominal Tech Pulse Index grew at an annual rate of 36.0%. Over the last year, the real Tech Pulse has grown 31.7% and the nominal Tech Pulse has grown 20.3%. Falling quality-adjusted technology prices continue to cause the real Tech Pulse to grow faster than the nominal Tech Pulse.
