Florence Ker~~, Assistant WPA Commissioner in charge r)f the Community Service Division. Highlight of the t wo- day session will be a luncheon at the \'Thi Jee House on Thursday, Octo"ber 2, when the group will be the guest of Mrs. Rooseve lt,.
