W ALLACE DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 FIRST V IC E PR E S ID E N T AND C H IE F O PER A TIN G O FFIC E R September 30, 1988 Circular 88-63 (revised) TO: The Chief Operations Officer of all financial institutions in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District SUBJECT Changes to the RCPC group sort service in the Dallas office territory DETAILS Effective October 17, 1988, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will make changes in its RCPC group sort service in the Dallas territory. Twenty financial institutions will be added to the group sort and two financial institutions will be deleted. The deposit deadline for the new service will remain 3:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. As before, a 5:00 a.m. fine sort deadline will apply to institutions included in the group sort instead of the usual 4:00 a.m. fine sort deadline. The fee per item deposited in group sort cash letters will be 2.5 cents with a $1.00 fee for Dallas territory depositors and $2.50 for out-of-territory depositors. ATTACHMENTS Institutions included in the new group and the institutions that have been added and deleted are enclosed.
