Eduardo Aguirre Reyes, Jr. is an American diplomat, with Atlantic Partners, an international consulting firm based in Houston. Aguirre served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the Export-Import Bank of the United States and as Acting Chairman from 2001-2002. Until January 20, 2009, he was the United States Ambassador to Spain and Andorra, appointed by President George W.
