Minehan, Cathy E.

Cathy E. Minehan was the twelfth president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, serving from July 13, 1994 to July 20, 2007. During her term as president, Minehan served as chair of the Financial Services Policy Committee and played a key role in System-wide planning for Y2K preparedness and response.
