James Bullard became the twelfth president of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis on April 1, 2008. Bullard stepped down in July 2023. Prior to becoming president, he was vice president and deputy director of research for monetary analysis at the St. Louis Fed. (Source: Federal Reserve History)
