Treasury will increase availability under the L/C incrementally in proportion to the dollar value of mortgages refinanced under the FHA Short Refinance program from time to time during the first 2.5 years. At that time, the amount of the L/C will be capped at the then-current level. Under the terms of the L/C Facility Agreement, Treasury will incur fees for the availability and usage of the L/C up to a maximum amount of $117 million. Page 1 of 1
