This step was made necessary by reductions in staff and budget available for its publication. Refunds for the unexpired portion of Weekly subscriptions will be made by the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office. The source agencies for the series published in the Weekly deserve a special word of thanks. Without their assistance, timely publication would have been impossible.
