The conference was hosted at the St. Louis Fed and co-sponsored by the Federal Reserve System, the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. In a prerecorded video, O'Neill welcomed community bankers, researchers, policymakers and bank regulators.
