They discussed Zambiaʼs ongoing debt restructuring under the Common Framework and e orts to finalize negotiations with all remaining creditors. Under Secretary Shambaugh welcomed Zambiaʼs performance to date under its IMF program and encouraged continued progress on the remaining economic reforms.
