Mr. Heronimus suc ceeds Ralph W. Anderson, who re tired after 26 years as a director, the last seven of which as chairman. MADRID: C. Walter Anderson, chairman of City State Bank has resigned. He had served on the board since the bank was organized on May 31, 1934, and was named chairman emeritus upon his resigna tion. Barbara Lund was elected to the board and Merrill Sundberg was elected chairman. MORNING SUN: Bob Buckman has been named vice president and farm representative for the Iowa State Bank at Morning Sun.
