At a special meeting of the FederalReserve Board, held in the office of the Board on Wednesday, September 29, 1920, at 10-45 A.M., PRESENT: The Chairman The Governor Mr. Platt Mr. Miller Mr. Vlilliams Mr. Chapman, Secretary. Business was presented and disposed of as follows: Letter dated September 28th from Mr. D. C. Wills, submitting his resignation as Class "C" Director, Federal Reserve Agent and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, effective immediately, to table him to qualify under the provisions of the Federal Reserve Act for appointment as a Member Of the Federal Reserve Board.
