A meeting of the Federal Reserve Board. was held in the office of
the Board on
Wednesday, September 28, 1921, at 11:10 a. m.
PRESENT: Governor Harding
Mr. Platt
Mr. Hamlin
Mr. Mitchell
Mr. Hoxton, Secretary.
Minutes of the meting of the Board held September 27th were read
motion approved, as annnded.
The Governor reported the reserve positions of the several Federal
reserve banks as at close of business September 26th, and the status of
l'ecilacounts between the Federal reserve banks as of the same date.

Upon motion, Governor Harding was authorized to
advise the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City that
the Board interposes no objection to that Bank proceeding with the preparation of working plans and the
compilation of estimates for the Oklahoma City building, and in addition to call the attention of the
Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to the fact that
there is a strong sentiment in the Federal Reserve
Board afftinst expenditures for branch bank purposes
at this time.
