The Board voted to reconsider and approve the application of the bederal Trust Company of Kansas kAty for meittersTlip in the Federal reserve 1.*Isten; this action being based upon statements as to the present condition and prosoective business of the applicant, as made by Jr J. -if Case, President of the Federal ,.'rust L;ompany, at a conference held by certain rnembers of the Board on September 21st, prior to this meeting. At this point Ir. Dawes withdrew from the meeting.
