A neeting of the Executive Conndttee of the Federal Reserve Board was held in the office of the Board, September 21st, at 2:30 p.m. PRESENT: Vice Governor Platt Mr. Miller Mr. Hoxtan, Secretary. The Secretary was instructed to address a communication to the 17ar Finance Corporation requesting the figures showing the amount of Paper held by the several Federal Reserve banks for the account of the liar Finance Corporation which would be eligible for rediscount by Fed"al Reserve banks.
