The Secretary of the Treasury 2resided
H. P. 7illic acted as 3ecretary to the meeting.
The Board conferred with hr. B. O. Tennison,
Federal Ileserve irj:ent at Dallas, Texas, relative to the
selection of Directors at Dallas.
The Board considered and revised a draft of a
letter to be sent to clearing houses with reference to
the proposed gold fund.

On motion of the Secretary of

the Treasury the draft as revised was adopted.
The Governor of the Board presented certain
correson.dence re -,'"rdinthe selection of directors of
the Federal

eserve Bank of Boston.

On motion the meeting adjourned at 4:55 p.
