A meeting of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve
System was held in Washington on Wednesday, September 2, 1942, at 11:00
a.m.

The action stated with respect to each of the matters hereinafter referred to was taken by the Board:
The minutes of the meeting of the Board of Governors of the
Federal Reserve System held on September 1, 1942, were approved unanimously.
Bond in the amount of $10,000, executed under date of August
24, 1942, by G. H. Parsell as Federal Reserve Agent's Representative
at the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Approved unanimously.
Memorandum dated August 31, 1942, from Mr. Dreibelbis, General
Attorney, submitting the resignation of Miss Joan Hall as a stenographer
in the Legal Division, to become effective as of the close of business
on September 15, 1942, and recommending that the resignation be accepted
as of that date.




The resignation was accepted.

Thereupon the meeting adjourned.
