At a meeting of the Federal Reserve Board held
in the office of -the Board on Saturday, September 12, at
11.00 a. in.
PRESENT:
Er. Hamlin

Mr. Thrburg

Mr. Delano

Er. Harding
Er. Miller.

Discussion of the proposed amendments to the
Federal Reserve Act was resumed but no definite action
was taken.
Qualifications of the persons favorably reported
on by the various subcommittees for Class "0" directorships
were taken up for consideration.
On motion the meeting adjourned.
