Wilkinson as National Bank Examiner in the Second Federal Reserve District, vice Examifter McFall, 0 deceased, at a salary of 02,400 per annum, be approved. That the appointment of M. Prentis 3* as National bank examiner in the Fifth Federal Reserve District, vice Examiner K. B. Cecil, transferred to the Third Federal Reserve District, at a salary of 02,400 per annum, be approved. A letter from the Commercial National Bank of raiskogee, Oklahoma, was presented, calling attention to the fact that Class B Director Li A. Wilson of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is no lonter a resident of Oklahoma. Governor Harding, for the Executive Committee, recommended that a letter be written to Kr. Vinson calling attention to the situation and this was approved by the Board* A request for c;1,500,000 in Federal reserve notes from the Federal Reserve Agent Richmond was approved, the notes beinc in the following d nominations:ff vD00,000. 520,000. 480.000. 1.500.000. in fives, in tens, in twenties, Total Mr. Miller Chairman of the Committee on Bulletin, reported upon the complaints made because of the printing in the New Yon: Times of rerorts of Federal Reserve Agents on business conditions before the release of the Bulletin in Washington, recommending that Agents be instructed that their retorts ma;,- be released to newspapers in their own districts only for publication in afternoon papers on October 2d, and alternating thereafter between afternoon and morning papers, on the second day of each month, other matter in the Bulletin to be made public in Washington.
