At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Federal eserve Board held in the office of the Governor on Monday, September 10, 1917, at 12.55 a.m., PdESENT: Governor Harding, presiding, Mr. Allen, Assistant Secretary. Mr. Delano, Governor Harding presented a telegram from the Federal Reserve Agent at Philadelphia, requesting the deposit of ',1,000,000 in Federal deserve notes with the Treasurer of the United States will immediately issue a credit of 41,000,000 in the Gold Settlement Fund to the Federal iteserve Bank of Philadelphia. On motion of hr. Delano the contemplated action was approved and directed to be taken. At one p.m. the Committee adjourned. APPROVED: Secretary. Chairman.
