Board, hold in the °file° of the Governor at
12:10 P. M. Friday, September 1, 1916,
PILSENT:

Mr. Miller,

Ur. Hamlin,

Ur. Williams,

Mr. Allen, Secretary,
Mr. Warburg made a report as to the fillinr; of the two vacancies in Class C Directors at
the Federal heserve Bank of Philadelphia and placed
in nomination Henry B. Thomison of ailmington,
Delaware, for the term ending December 31, 1916,
and J. Davis Brodhead of South Bethlehem, Pa.,
for the term ending December 31, 1918.

These nomi-

nations were seconded by Mr. WILiams and the
gentlemen named elected, Ur. Thompson to be desig.
nated as Vice Chairman and Deputy Federal Reserve .
