Minutes of actions taken by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System on October 3, 1947, were approved unanimously.
Memorandum dated October 6, 1947, from Mr. Carpenter recommending that the resignation of Mrs. Dorothea B. Kelly, a file clerk
in the Office of the Secretary, be accepted to be effective, in accordance with her request, at the close of business October 24, 1947,
With the understanding that a lump sum payment would be made for annual leave remaining to her credit as of that date.
Approved unanimously.
Memorandum dated October 1, 1947, from Mr. Nelson, Director
of the Division of Personnel Administration, recommending that the
Board approve a contribution of $100 per month to the Reserve Board
Club for the purpose of employing an attendant in the Club library.
The memorandum also recommended that the sum of $300 be added to the
miscellaneous
account of the 1947 budget of the Division of Personnel
