Memorandum dated October 16, 1944, from Mr. Morrill recommendthat Miss Dorothy L. Illienert, Assistant Cashier, Baltimore Branch, for the period November 1, 1944 to May 31, 1945, inclusive, at the rate of $4,200 per annum, which is the rate fixed by your Board of Directors as reported in your letter of October 13, 1944."
