903 At a fleeting of the Executive Committee of the Federal Reserve Board, held in the office of the Board on Saturday, November 6th, 1920, at 4:15 p.m. PRESENT: The Mr. Mr. Mr. Governor Platt Williams Eddy, Assistant Secretary. Business was presented and disposed of as follows: Letters from the Comptroller of the Currency, dated November 6th, advising that National Bank Exaniners Frank L. Norris and Burdett Kelly have been directed to proceed to Cuba and Porto Rico to examine the Cuban and Porto Rican branches Of the National City Bank of New York, and requesting approval Of a salary at the rate of :,1,833.33 per month for Examiner Norris ana a salary at the rate of '')1,458.33 per month for Examiner Kelly, effective from the day of their departure from the United States until their return, both dates inclusive, the salary allowances to cover all traveling, clerical ani other expenses and to be the full neasure of their compensation for all services rendered and expenses incurred notwithstanding any statutory or Other allowance incident to such employment. On motion of Mr. Platt, Committee voted to approve paNnent of salaries as requested. Letter from Deputy Comptroller Kane, dated NoveMber 6th, requesting dismissal, as at Close of business NoveMber 6, 1920, of 904 Milliken, employed by the Boar1 as money counter and. Mrs. E. assigned to the Redemption Division of the Comptroller's office. On motion of Mr. Platt, Committee voted Mrs. E. W.
