"Retel October 30, 1947, Board approves designation of Richard C. Bullen and Stanley B. Lacks as
Special assistant examiners for the Federal Reserve
Bank of Boston."
Approved unanimously.
Telegram to Mr. Willett, First Vice President of the Fed'
el al Reserve Bank of Boston, reading as follows:
"Retel October 30, 1947, Board approves the designation of George E. Wells and C. Herman Gramstorff
as special assistant examiners for the Federal Reserve
