Reading of the minutes of the meeting of 1Cbvember 24th was omitted. The Governor submitted a draft of a letter in rozply to the letter from Senator Owen, dated. November 18, 1920, and referred to in the minutes of the Board of November 19th. Approved. (At this point Mr. Jay and Mr. Heath, Chairmen of the Federal Reserve Banks of Hew York and Chicago, entered the meting.) Upon requ.est, Mr. Jay submitted the report of the Special Committee of Federal :Reserve Agents on public relations work, and monthly reports of business conditions.
