Ameeting of the Federal Reserve Board was held in the office of
the Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday, November 25, 1931, at 10:45 a. m.
PRESENT:

The minutes of the meeting of the Federal Reserve Board held on
November 18 were aoproved.
The following matters were then considered and acted upon by the

Telegrams dated November 24 from the Secretary of the Federal ReBank of Atlanta and the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of
