Upon motion, it was voted that Yr. Platt, and Mr. James be appointed
a Committee to inquire into the natter of receipts issued by Federal Warehouses, with a view to having the Federal Reserve System cooperate in this
matter, If practicable, with the Farm Loan Board and the Department of Agriculture.
