The conclusion in the report read as follows: Investigation discloses virtually no competition between Industrial Valley Bank and Trust Company, Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, and The National Bank of Royersford, Royersford, Pennsylvania. The merger of these two banks would have little or no effect on banking competition in Philadelphia or the Jenkintown area but would probably increase competition in the Royersford service area. The report was approved unanimously for transmittal to the ecaToration. The meeting then adjourned.
