At a meeting of the Federal Reserve Board held in the
office of the Board on Wednesday, May 14, 1919, at 11 A.M.,

The minutes of the meeting of the Board held on May
13th were read and on motion approved as amended.
The minutes of the meetings of the uold Lxport Committee
held on May 14th and 15th were presented and approved, and the
action therein set forth ratified.
Morning business was presented and acted upon as
follows:
Letter dated May 3d from Mr. Jafet Lindeber, in re
his personal and corporation relations with the ScandinavianAmerican Bank, Seattle, Washington, and memorandum by the Secretary dated May 13th, in connection therewith.
Referred to the Secretary for advice to
Reserve Agent at San Francisco.

Kansas City as at close of business April 5, 1919.
Ordered circulated.
REPORTS OF COMMITTEE NO. 1:
Dated May 14th, recommending admission of State institutions
as set forth in the auxiliary minute book as
of this date, subject to the conditions stated
in the individual reports attached to each
application.

Dated May 14th, recommending action on applications for fiduciary powers as set forth in the auxiliary

Dated May 13th, recommending disapproval of application of
Edmund Zacher for permission to serve at the
same time with the Metropolitan Bank, New York;
and with the Connecticut Trust and Safe Deposit
Company, and the First National Bank, both of
Hartford, Connecticut.
Disapproved.
Dated May 14th, recommending approval of application of Albert
Tuttle for permission to serve at the same time
with the Sherman National Bank, New York, the
Allen National Bank, Fair Haven, Vermont; and
the Montpelier National Bank, Montpelier, Vt.
Approved.
The Vice-Governor reported the reserve positions of the
several Federal Reserve Banks.
At 11;30 A.M., the meeting adjourned.
