Consideration was ?Avon to the advisability of the Bonrd terminating the leases covering its quarters in the Rapley Building and to the housing of the Division of Reports and Statistics, Division of Examination, Division of Analysis & Research, office of the Statistician, and office of the Fiscal Agent in space available in the Otis Building, located at 810 18th Street. A The Board voted to authorize the Governor to terminate the leases covering space in the Rapley Building, and to execute a lease, to be prepared by counsel, running for a term of three years, from May 1, 1922, covering all space on the second, third, fourth and fifth floors of the Otis Building; rental of said space to be at the rate of A22,517 per annum. Consideration was t@ven to the appointment of a director to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors of the Branch Federal Reserve Bank at Pittsburgh, caused by the resignation of ?fr.
