The minutes of the meeting of the Board of Governors of the l'adel'al Reserve System with the Federal Advisory Council held on June 61 1939, were approved unanimously. Letter to Mr. Harrison, President of the Federal Reserve Bank Qr New York, reading as follows: "Referring to your letter of June 5, 1939, the Board Of Governors approves payment of a salary to Mr. Robert G. Rouse, Assistant Vice President, at the rate of $14,000 per annum for the period July 1, 1939, to December 31, 1939." Approved unanimously. Letter to Honorable Robert Y.
