528 144 Upon call of the Vice Governor, a special meeting of the Executive C;oirmittee of Ulf/ j'ederal Reserve Board was held in the office of the ',lice Gcvornor on Tuesday, June 22, 1926, at 11:00 a.m. PRESENT: Vice Governor Platt Mr. Hamlin Mr. Jame s Mr. Eddy, Secretary. The Vice Governor stated that the Secretary of the Board had. advised 441 that it was not likely that Mr. Cunningham would be able to leave the hcslpital in 1:ia1timore for the purpose of attending the meeting of the .00ard tOtio rrovi at which a hearing is to be <j..ven to Mr. Joseph L. Campbell, Deputy Governor of the Federal Reserve :,,ank of Atlanta, in accordance with the action taken by the hoard on ,June 9th and. June 12th; and that in such event a quorum the Board would. not be Present owing to the absence from the c ity of the Secretary of the Treasury, the Governor of the Board and. 1.1r. Miller. He report- ed also that :Ir. William Schley Howard of Atlanta, Georgia, who stated he z'oPresented Mr. Campbell, had. been in to see him this morning and had requested °11 behalf of Mr. Campbell the postponement of the hearing until such time as The six appointive members of the .6oard cculd be assembled for that purpose.
