held in the office of the Board on Monday, January 5, 1920,

Business was presented and disposed of as follows:
Considerable discussion was had of suggested adjustments in salaries of Federal Heserve Agents for the year
1920, and on motion duly seconded, it was
Voted that subject to approval by the
Governor, the following schedule of salaries
of Federal Reserve Agents be made effective
as of January 1, 1920:

8erve Bank of San Francisco, advising that, subject to the
approval of the Federal Reserve Board, he would take vacation
from February 1st to the latter part of March, 1920.
