A special meeting of the Federal Reserve Board was held in the office of the Board on Friday, January 14th, at 11:15 a.m. PRESENT: Governor Harding Mr. Platt Mr. Miller Mr. Wills Mr. Hoxton, Secretary. Governor Harding stated that the meeting had been called for the purpose of considering arranging and revising the printer's proof of the forthcoming annual report to Congress. After full discussion, a recess was taken at one o'clock, and the Board re-assembled at three o'clock, with the sere members present as were present at the morning session. Letter dated January 13th, from the Railway Loan Advisory Committee, requesting approval of a form of loan to be made to the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad bOmpany, in the anaunt of $9,630,000, in two parts, under the provisions of Section 210 of the Transportation Act, 1920, as amended.
