Henry T. Emmons and Andrew M. Ramsey in their present assignments as Job Analysts '111 in the Salary Stabilization and Research Section of the Personnel Records Division, Personnel Department, for a further period of six months beginning February 1, 1947, in accordance with the request contained in Your letter of February 24, 1947. "This approval is given with the understanding that the salaries paid Messrs. Emmons and Ramsey while serving in the temporary assignments will not exceed the salaries they would be eligible to receive in the Positions they occupied at the time they were given the present assignments."
