Glover, a cafeteria helper in that Division, be accepted to be effective, in accordance with her ' l equest, at the close of business February 20, 1947, with the ullderstanding that a lump sum payment would be made for annual leave remaining to her credit as of that date. Approved unanimously. Letter to Mr. Douglas, Vice President of the Federal Reserve 11111.k of New York, reading as follows: 319 2/28/47 "The Board of Governors approves the continuation of Messrs. Henry T. Emmons and Andrew M. Ramsey in their present assignments as Job Analysts '111 in the Salary Stabilization and Research Section of the Personnel Records Division, Personnel Department, for a further period of six months beginning February 1, 1947, in accordance with the request contained in Your letter of February 24, 1947. "This approval is given with the understanding that the salaries paid Messrs. Emmons and Ramsey while serving in the temporary assignments will not exceed the salaries they would be eligible to receive in the Positions they occupied at the time they were given the present assignments."
