Reserve Board held in the office of the Board
at 11:10 a. m., on Wednesday, February 16,
PRESENT:

By previous appointment Mr. W. S.
Rowe of Cincinnati presented to the Board his
plan for a system of check clearance.
On motion at 1:00 p. in., the Board
adjourned to meet at 3:00 p. in., this day.
