The minutes of the meetings of the Board of Governors of the ?eciel'al Reserve System held on February 6 and February 7, 1941, were 413Proved and the actions recorded therein were ratified unanimously. Memorandum dated February 4, 1941, from Mr. Morrill, Secretary, l'ee°rnillending, for the reasons stated in the memorandum, that the salof Mrs. Helen L. Hesson, clerk in the Office of the Secretary, be itier'eased from 1'1,740 to 1.1860 per annum, effective February 16, 1941. Approved unanimously. Telegram to Mr. Gidney, Vice President of the Federal Reserve 41116. of New York, reading as follows: 150 -2"Retel February 8. Board extends to March 12, 1941 the time within which Citizens Bank of Clyde, Clyde, New York, may accomplish membership in the System." Approved unanimously. Thereupon the meeting adjourned.
