A meeting of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Systern was held in Washington on Monday, February 10, 1936, at 11:30 a. m.

The minutes of the meeting of the Board of Governors of the Federa"

Reserve System held on February 4, 19360 were approved unanimously.
Consideration was then given to each of the matters hereinafter

referred to and the action stated with respect thereto was taken by the
Board:
Memorandum dated February 62 1936, from Mr. Smead, Chief of the
Division of Bank Operations, submitting a revised copy of the Board's
Form 105, Report of Condition of State bank members, and recommending
that it be approved for use at the time of the next call for reports of
condition of State member banks.

The memorandum stated that the changes

Indicated on the revised form did not entail the addition or elimination
of any items, nor any change in the meaning of the present items; that
the proposed changes were merely chances in captions and were suggested
in the interest of simplicity and clarity; and that if the changes suggested in Form 105 were approved, corresponding revisions would be
made on the face of Form 105e, Publishers' Copy of Report of Condition
of State bank members.




The memorandum also stated that informal ad-

vice had been received that the Comptroller of the Currency's office
was making corresponding changes in the form to be furnished to national banks for use in submitting their next condition reports.
Approved unanimously.
Memorandum dated February 7, 1936, from Mr. Morrill referring
to a memorandum dated February 5 addressed to him by Mr. Parry, Chief
of the Division of Security Loans, with regard to obtaining additional
Space for that Division in the Shoreham Building, and recommending that
the Board approve the leasing of Room 750 in the Shoreham Building, containing approximately 126 square feet, which adjoins the space now
occupied by the Division of Security Loans, at a monthly rental of

25.62, beginning February 16, 1936, on the same terms as the Board's
present leases in the Shoreham Building.
Approved unanimously.

Thereupon the meeting adjourned.
