A meeting of the Federal Reserve Board was held in the office of

The minutes of the meetings of the Federal Reserve Board held on
liovember 28th and on Dece-aber 3rd were read and approved.
Ebmorandum dated Deceber 1st, from the Secretary requesting authority
to emigoy Mrs. Ruth S. Lamb as clerk, with salary at the rate of •.1200
Per annum, effective as of December 1, 1920.
