Chairmn of the Federal T'eserve Ban;c: of Atlanta, requestin?; action on the
recorrnen6at,on of the Board of Directors of the '-'eueral 7eserve Tank of
Atlanta submitted in a letter from Fr. I:cCord dated December 9th, that the
Board approve the acceptance of bids and material quotations received by

the 2ederal

eserve Punk of Atlanta for the construction of a tvio story

and vaults for the Jacksonville branch.

I.ccCord the follow inr. telegram: "your telegram Decanter
15th to Iroy.ton. The Board authorizes acceptance of lids
for tro story buildino. and vaults with the distinct understairling that this approval covers only a total expenditure
of not more than '250,000 for build ing and real estate.
Your attention is directed to the last paragraph of my
letter Decenter 6th."
