Letter to the Board of Directors, The Cleveland Trust Company, le eland/ Ohio, reading as follows: "Pursuant to your request submitted through the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, the Board of Governors approves establishment and operation of a branch near the corner Broadview and Brookpark Roads in Cleveland, Ohio, proided such branch is established by November 1, 1952, as required by the State banking authorities." Approved for transmittal through the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Governor Evans not voting.
