Clingenpeel, Clerk-Typist in that Division; be accepted effective August 28, 1953. Approved unanimously. Letter to Mr. Leach, President, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, reading as follows: "In accordance with the requests contained in your letters of August 14, 1953, the Board approves the appointments of Hugh C. Singleton and Thomas L. Hunter, Jr., at present assistant examiners, as examiners for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, effective September 1, 1953. "Please advise UE as to the salary rates." Approved unanimously.
