A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Federal Reserve Board was held in the office of the Board at 11:30 a. in., on Monday, August 14, PRESENT: Mr. Harding, presiding Mr. Williams Mr. Allen, Secretary. Favorable action was taken upon the request of the Deputy Federal Reserve Agent at Kansas City for 500,000, in notes of the .T;5. denomination, recommended by Mr. Harding of the Committee on Issue and Redemption. The Secretary of the Board was authorized to pay to the four men, named below, who were hired in addition to the regular force in connection with the sending out of the par list to all national banks, State banks and trust companies in the United States, the sum set opoaite their names.
