In accordance with the action of the Board taken at its meeting of April 6th, a meeting was held today, Saturday, April 9, 1921, in the Board Room at 10:30 a.m. PRESENT: Governor Harding Mr. Platt Mr. Hamlin Mr. Miller Mr. Hoxton, Secretary. PRES= ALSO: Mr. D. C. Mils. The stenographic minutes of the meetings of February 28th and March 2d were read and on motion approv ed and ordered sealed alld filed with the confidential records of the Federal Reserve Board, no access to be given to same, except with the permission Of the Board. Draft of letter dated April 9th, for the signature of the Secretary, making reply to a letter dated April 7th from Mr. J. S. Williams, of Richmond, Virginia. Approved. At 3:45 p.m. the meeting adjourned. Secretary.
