Report of Law Committee, submitting without recommendation,
41311cation of Hr. L. W. Estes for permission to serve at the sane time as
Ol'ficer and director of the Columbia National Bank of Washington, D. C.,

In this connection, consideration was given to a memorandum from

to serve the two banks, and to advise him that
the Federal Reserve Board reserves the right
to reconsider at any time its action in
