According to the terms of adjournment the Board reassembled at twelve o'clock on Saturday, April 28th, 1923, in the office of the Vice Governor. PRM-ENT: Vice Governor Platt Mr. Hamlin Mr. Miller Mr. Mitchell Mr. Criss inger Mr. Hoxton, Secretary. The Vice Governor submitted a letter from Mr. Asa E. Ramsay, confirming his telegraphic resignation as Federal 7esprve Agent and Chairman Of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas city as of IlaY 1, 1923. Upon nx)tion, Mr. M. L. McClure of Kansas City was elected as Class "C" director to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Ramsay ending December 31, 1923, and was designated as Chairman of the Board of Directors and ?ederal Reserve Agent for the term expiring December 31, 1923, it being voted that Mr. McClure will receive the sone salary as that now received by Mr. Ramsay, namely,. :'-115,000 a ;year.
