A rooting of the Federal Reserve Board was held. in the
Office of the Board on Thursday, April 14, 1921, at 4:30 p.m.

• PRESENT: Governor Harding
Mr. Platt
Mr. Hamlin
Mr. Miller
Mr. Cri ssinger
Mr. Hoxton, Secretary.
Reading of the minutes was omitted.
The Governor reported. the reserve positions of the several
Pederal Reserve balks as at close of business April 12th, and. the
status of redi sc aunt s between the Federal Res erve banks as of the
Same date.
Letter dated April 8th, from the Federal Reserve Bank of
Cleveland, transmitting for approval of the Board the recommendations for salary adjustrnants in that Bank, made by the Board of
Directors in accordance with the plan of .making adjustments effective the first of the month following the anniversary month of em-

Letter dated. April 12th, from the Chairman of the Federal
Beeerve Bank of Atlanta, advising of the employment by that Bank
Of Mr. P. G. Taylor, at a salary of $3,600 per annum, and the trans-

ference to the head office from the Birmingham Branch of Mr. Urquhart,
at a salary of :t2,400 per annum.
