I Pursuant to the action taken by the Federal Reserve Board at its meeting on April 5th, there was a meeting held on April 13, 1922, at 10:30 13-111. in the office of the Governor. PRESENT: Governor Harding Mr. Platt Mr. Hamlin Mr. Cris singer Mr. Hoxton, Secretary. PRESENT ALSO: Judge W. F. Ramsey, Federal Reserve Agent at Dallas Walter S. Cox, Stenographer. The Governor requested the Board to express its wish as to the manner in which the records of this meeting should be recorded. Upon motion, it was voted that a stenographic record should be made, and Mr. Cox was directed to record stenographically the discussion and proceedings. The stenographic report is filed in the records of the Board as a part of these minutes. At 1:05 p.m. the meeting adjourned. Secretary.
